Support reviews your request against your active plan and system configuration. A support ticket number is assigned a number and assigned to a GeminiHQ Support Team Member. The customer received a confirmation email the ticket was received and being reviewed.
Resolution path
Requests are resolved, redirected to documentation, or quoted as paid work.
