Can I pause or freeze my subscription?

No. Gemini HQ subscriptions run continuously and cannot be paused or placed on hold.
If access is no longer needed, the account must be cancelled before the next billing date.

Continuous billing ensures uninterrupted platform access, data integrity, and system availability.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Submit a request using the Billing option in the Support Ticket Request form before your next billing date.

Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period, then access will end automatically.

Do you charge a reinstatement fee?

Yes.

$97 reinstatement fee if the account is reactivated within 30 days of cancellation

$197 reinstatement fee if the account is reactivated after 30 days, subject to review
